2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to upload text, images, scripts, and other materials ("User Content") to generate videos.

• Your Ownership: You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over it.
• License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process this content for the sole purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

4. Generated Videos

You own the videos you create using the Service ("Generated Videos"). You are free to use your Generated Videos for any purpose, including commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Generated Videos complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Free Tier: We may offer a free tier of service with certain limitations.
• Paid Plans: To access more features or exceed the free limits, you may need to purchase a subscription or credits ("Paid Plans"). All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
• Refunds: Payments for Paid Plans are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Please review the details of a plan before purchasing.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Uploading any content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on any third party's rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Düsseldorf.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice, such as by sending an email or displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
